FREE TRIAL

To activate a Free Trial subscription, customers must first complete our official hair quiz. This quiz helps us ensure that the product is a good fit for your specific needs. If the quiz is not completed, or if the individual does not meet the internal eligibility criteria determined by VETA, we reserve the right to cancel the subscription without notice.

In addition, if a customer qualifies for the Free Trial but attempts to claim more than one Free Kit — either through multiple orders or alternative accounts — all associated orders may be automatically canceled.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order or subscription that appears suspicious or is placed through an unapproved third-party source.

All subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and the timing or frequency of your deliveries can be adjusted at your convenience through your account dashboard.
